Alas Italian coach: 'Filipino fans cheering for Japan than Philippines'

MANILA, Philippines — Alas Pilipinas Men head coach Angiolino Frigoni shared his observation during the Philippines' friendly match against Japan last Sept. 7 and 8, where Filipinos loudly cheered for team Japan.

With the Philippines hosting the FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championships next year, the Italian coach has a message for the Filipinos, and asked the Filipino fans to support the locals more.
