THE Commission on Human Rights (CHR) has asked law enforcement agencies, notably the Philippine National Police, to locate the two activists allegedly abducted in Tabaco City, Albay, and prosecute the perpetrators.

The commission also called for stricter implementation of laws relating to enforced disappearance as it took cognizance of the case involving the alleged abduction of two activists in Tabaco City.
