TUGUEGARAO CITY — A municipal councilor of Iguig town in Cagayan province was arrested on Saturday for illegal drugs, according to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley).

Reports said the arrest of Councilor Emerito Gasmen was also with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Cagayan Valley Regional Office, the Cagayan Provincial Police Office and the Tuguegarao police office.
