AS part of a landmark initiative to promote Muslim-friendly tourism on Boracay Island, the Department of Tourism (DoT) unveiled the Marhaba Boracay, a first-of-its-kind Muslim-friendly cove for families and travelers on September 10.
Initiated by the local government unit of Malay and the DoT in partnership with Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, Marhaba Boracay was located in the cove area of the Boracay Newcoast private beach.
