BARANGAY officials in Candating, Arayat, Pampanga have called on President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the Congress and officials of Pampanga province to conduct an immediate investigation into the collapse of the P91.5 million flood control project that aimed to protect residents from the swelling of Pampanga River.

The slope protection structure, which is part of the flood management program of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), was partly destroyed during the onslaught of Typhoon Enteng, forcing over 10 families to evacuate their homes.
