BACOLOD CITY — The Negros Electric Power Corp. (NEPC) announced its plans to increase its capacity, upgrade primary and secondary lines to reduce system loss, and improve the system reliability, while also seeking to implement digitization initiatives.

These are some of the plans that form part of the NEPC's five-year development plan the power firm presented to the officials of the provincial government, Bacolod City government and officials of different local government units (LGUs) at Seda Hotel, Bacolod City.
