CEBU CITY — Lapu-Lapu City has been rocked by a real estate scam that victimized around 500 individuals who were deceived into purchasing land that does not exist.
Victims of the fraudulent scheme approached Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Junard Chan to seek assistance in recovering their losses.
