The words above must inevitably be recalled at the Xiangshang Security Forum which opened this week in Beijing. They were spoken by President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. in his keynote address at the opening in May this year of the Shangri-La Dialogue, a yearly event held in Singapore to address world security concerns.
