DAGUPAN CITY — This year's Galila Arts Festival is set to formally open on Friday in Pangasinan.
With the theme "Locally Led, Community Crafted," the arts festival, which will be held for the second time, will transform public spaces into artistic venues, according to festival founder and Pangasinan 4th District Rep. Christopher de Venecia.
