BAGUIO CITY — Mayor Benjamin Magalong hailed the Benguet Electric Cooperative Inc. (Beneco) for stamping its class anew in service excellence in the energy sector.
"We thank the entire management of Beneco led by general manager Melchor Licoben, the board of directors led by chairperson Steve Cating and its project supervisor National Electrification Administration (NEA) Administrator Antonio Mariano Almeda for ably steering the power company into maintaining its gold standard in service delivery as attested by the numerous awards it received of late," said Magalong.
