House panel cites Roque in contempt

(UPDATES) THE House of Representatives' quad committee on Thursday cited lawyer Harry Roque in contempt for refusing to submit the documents it required of him.

The panel decided to detain Roque until he submits the documents or until it ends its hearings on Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs).
