WV starts awareness campaign on FOA, civil liberties guidelines

Workers and employers in Western Visayas have now joined the nationwide campaign on leveraging their awareness toward the exercise of Freedom of Association (FOA) as embodied in Joint Memorandum Order (JMO) No. 1 series of 2024 or the Omnibus Guidelines on the Exercise of Freedom of Association and Civil Liberties.

This is after the Department of Labor and Employment Region VI started rolling out its awareness campaign on August 20 in Iloilo City, gathering together concerned frontline government agencies mandated to protect and promote FOA.
