Two weeks ago it was Vice President Sara Duterte in testy arguments in Congress, followed by the capture of Alice Guo not in Wonderland but in Indonesia.

It was followed this week by the surrender of televangelist Pastor Quiboloy, wanted on a slew of charges from human trafficking to sexual offenses.
