CEBU CITY — Authorities arrested a 47-year-old woman while she was applying for a police clearance at the Mabolo Police Station after discovering she had an outstanding warrant for qualified theft.

The arrest took place at 4:50 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2024, inside the station in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City.
