DAGUPAN CITY — Despite the clear skies over Pangasinan province on Tuesday, 17 of this coastal city's 31 villages remain flooded, according to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO).

In its report at 9 a.m. on September 10, the CDRRMO also said that some P626,898 worth of rice crops in reproductive and vegetative phases were destroyed in the villages of Malued, Tebeng, and Mangin.
