WILL there still be accessible polling places for seniors? What happens when problems occur with the voting machine? Who will be allowed inside the polling precinct on election day? Will the number of electoral board members be increased? Will the same voting machine be used for the national and local elections (NLE) and the BARMM parliamentary elections (BPE)? Will there be one ballot for both the NLE and the BPE? Will voters be given more time to vote?

These were some of the questions raised by participants in the first leg of the National Citizens' Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel) Training of Trainers (ToT) program for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) held in Cotabato City on Sept. 3-5, 2024.
