REPRESENTED by Chairman Regalado Trota Jose Jr. together with the City of San Fernando and its City Tourism Investments Office, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) will commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Nicolasa Dayrit-Panlilio at Casa Nicolasa, V. Tiomico Street, Santo Rosario, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on Sept. 10, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
The event will start with the national anthem, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony. A eucharistic celebration for Nicolasa Dayrit-Panlilio will be done before messages are heard from the Local Council of Women, NHCP, Office of the City Vice Mayor and Office of the City Mayor. A cultural performance by Teatro Fernandino shall close the program.
