19th Singkaban Festival kicks off in Bulacan

CITY OF MALOLOS — The 19th Singkaban Festival, the mother of all fiestas in the province of Bulacan, kicked off on Monday with the enchanting 'Parada ng Karosa.'

The customary parade of carriages will also serve as a moving display of art, culture and history of the province as it winds its way from the Malolos Cathedral Church to the Bulacan Capitol Building.

OPENING CEREMONY Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando and Vice Gov. Alex Castro lead the grand opening ceremony of the 19th Singkaban Festival held in front of the Provincial Capitol building in the city of Malolos.
