MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte did not show up at the second hearing for the Office of the Vice President's budget at the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
Instead, Duterte sent a letter to Speaker Martin Romualdez and House Appropriations Panel chief Elizaldy Co stating that they submitted documentation regarding the agency's 2025 budget.
