LEGAZPI CITY — To ensure the safety of the pilgrims in the upcoming traslacion of the Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia, the Bicolandia patron, the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Bicol will deploy over 5,000 of composite forces of police personnel in Naga City on September 12.

Brig. Gen. Andre Dizon, director of the Bicol Police Regional Office-Region 5, told The Manila Times that the composite forces of policemen will augment the police personnel in Naga City for three weeks to assist the big influx of pilgrims.
