GOOGLE has taken another significant step toward its renewable energy goals by signing a long-term agreement with Energix Renewables, a US-based energy supplier.

In a recent report by Hana Anandira for Mobile World Live posted that "this deal, which will initially involve the development of 1.5 gigawatt-peak (GWp) of solar projects through 2030, reflects Google's commitment to powering its data centers, including those dedicated to AI applications, with clean energy."
