Blazers power through to defeat Cardinals in NCAA season opener

MANILA, Philippines — De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde blazed it up to take its first win the NCAA Season 100 men's basketball tournament after beating previous finalist Mapua University, 78-65.

Allen Liwag put up with a double-double performance of 23 points and 15 rebounds.
