IN his first National Teachers' Month, Education Secretary Juan Edgardo Angara has honored teachers across the country for their unwavering dedication to students and the quality of education.

"Our teachers are the foundation of our nation. No progress is possible without them. Thank you for your service and commitment," Angara said in his recorded video message during the festivities held in Candon City, Ilocos Sur.
