TO prepare for the first parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), 24 media members and 15 civil society representatives (CSOs) participated in the BARMM dialogues with media and civil society organizations on Aug. 26-27, 2024, in Davao City.
The event provided updates on the 2025 BARMM Parliamentary Elections and discussed the media and CSOs' roles in the electoral process. Participants came from various regions, including Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Lanao del Sur.
