Suspect in Cavite murder surrenders

DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite — The second of three suspects in the killing of a woman surrendered to Mayor Jenny Barzaga and police chief LtCol. Julius Balano on Thursday at the city hall.

Barzaga said the suspect, known only as Rommel, surrendered at around 9:30 a.m. through the help of the suspect's family.
