MANILA, Philippines — A total of P1.6-billion from the existing bundled contract of Miru Systems as the official election provider for the May 2025 National and Local Elections has been allocated for the printing of 73 million ballots which will begin in the second week of December.
This development came following the signing of a memorandum of agreement between Miru, the National Printing Office (NPO and the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Thursday for the provision of printing services for the official ballots to be used in the upcoming polls.
