CEBU CITY — Authorities arrested a 19-year-old man believed to be a hitman responsible for several shooting incidents in Cebu City during a buy-bust on Monday night in Sitio Badjawan, Barangay Mambaling.
Police identified the suspect as Mark Jedrick Alvarez, alias MJ, a resident of Sitio San Pedro, Barangay Duljo Fatima.
