Mindanao insurgency, terrorism ending – Galvez

PRESIDENTIAL Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. said Wednesday that Mindanao was on the threshold of becoming free from 'insurgency and terrorism.'

'The Bangsamoro people have already decided to reconcile with the government,' said Galvez during the Kapihan sa Manila Hotel media forum.
