MANILA, Philippines — The brother of former Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo, intends to surrender to local authorities, his lawyer said on Thursday.

Talking to reporters at the Senate, lawyer Stephen David mentioned that he spoke to Wesley Guo on Wednesday but didn't disclose his whereabouts.
