MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday that it was closely monitoring two potential weather disturbances that may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) over the next two weeks.
Weather specialist Benison Estareja said these two tropical cyclones would be named "Ferdie" and "Gener" once inside PAR.
