APO Cement, SOLID Cement secure Domestic Bidders Certificate of Preference

CEMEX Philippines' APO Cement and SOLID Cement recently received the Domestic Bidders (DoBid) Certificate of Preference from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The DoBid certification assures consumers and government contractors that APO Cement and SOLID Cement products are locally manufactured and meet the highest form of quality standards.

Under the newly passed Tatak Pinoy Law, which mandates a preference for Philippine- made products in all government procurement, the DoBid Certificate of Preference testifies that APO Cement and SOLID Cement meet the stringent criteria set by the government for quality, capability, and compliance.
