BACOLOD CITY — A fisherman from Victorias City, Negros Occidental died after he was hit by a gunshot from alleged members of the Bantay Dagat in Cebu province.
The fatality was identified as Rex de la Cruz, 45, a resident of Barangay 9 in Victorias City. The incident happened at about 5 a.m. on Tuesday.
