MANILA, Philippines — After wreaking havoc in Luzon, Severe Tropical Storm 'Enteng' exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the state-run weather agency said on Wednesday.
As a result, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) lifted all storm signals in the affected areas.
