People wade through floodwaters and debris after Tropical Storm Enteng (international name: Yagi) dumped heavy rain on the Philippines for a second day. Eleven people have been killed in the floods and landslides caused by the storm.
"Whenever there's flooding, garbage from other places, as well as mud, gather here. It's hard to clean those," says resident Jojit Reyes.
