Waiter files charges vs Jude Bacalso

CEBU CITY — Cebu-based personality Jude Bacalso is facing multiple raps following a viral incident where she allegedly forced a waiter to stand for nearly two hours after the latter addressed her as 'sir.'

On Wednesday, the Cebu City Prosecutor's Office formally received complaints of unjust vexation, grave scandal, grave coercion, grave threats and slight illegal detention against Bacalso.
