MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm "Enteng" reintensified over the waters west of Ilocos Norte and is expected to dump 100 millimeters to 200 millimeters of rainfall over Ilocos Sur and Abra, the state-run weather agency said on Tuesday.
In its 11 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the center of the eye of Enteng was estimated some 100 kilometers northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
