(UPDATE) COMPETING in his second and last event at the Paris Paralympics, Filipino tanker Ernie Gawilan looks to salvage a medal in the men's 400-m freestyle S7 event at the Paris La Defense Arena on Monday.

The 33-year-old Gawilan races against 10 other tankers at 3:30 p.m. (Manila time), needing to make the top eight to enter the final round.
