MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has lifted storm signals in some Luzon areas even if Tropical Storm Enteng has not weakened and has yet to make landfall.

Pagasa Administrator Nathaniel Servando said in an 11 a.m. bulletin Monday that "Enteng" maintained its strength while slowly turning north-northwestwards over the sea east of Polillo Islands.
