PLDT and Smart Communications continue to roll out Experience Hubs to bring digital services closer to their customers, this time in Gapan City, the oldest town in Nueva Ecija.

Considered the 'Footwear Capital of the North' due to its thriving shoemaking industry, Gapan City is home to over 122,000 residents as of 2020. It is also a component city of Nueva Ecija, which plays an integral part in the agricultural sector of the country.
