CALAMBA CITY — Mayor Roseller Rizal highlighted the city's achievements in the past two years under his administration during his State of the City Address on Wednesday, which coincided with the commemoration of the 282nd founding anniversary of what is now a first-class component city in Laguna province.
Among these achievements are the implementation of projects and initiatives on health and nutrition, infrastructure, on doing business, natural resources, government efficiency, peace and order, disaster resilience, and social services.
