ILOILO CITY — Three people were confirmed dead while seven are still missing after two motorboats capsized between the coasts of Boracay Island and Caluya town in Antique on Aug. 26.

The boats, one carrying six people and the other with 14 on board, departed Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan at around 3 a.m. en route to Caluya Island but failed to arrive at their destination at around 6 a.m.
