(UPDATES) SEN. Grace Poe has asked concerned agencies to make the country's e-travel system "hassle-free" amid complaints from passengers that it is not user-friendly.
Poe said "for all its good intentions, the e-travel system for passengers arriving in and departing from the Philippines could use some improvement to avoid causing inconvenience."
