QUEZON City 1st District Rep. Juan Carlos Atayde on Thursday urged the national government to help fund the city's proposed flood control program, noting the lethal threat of floods on residents during inclement weather.
Heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon prompted the government to suspend work and classes in many areas of the National Capital Region on Wednesday.
