Wheelchair racer Jerrold Mangliwan will vie for a medal in the men's 400-meter T52 race at the 2024 Paralympics in Paris on Friday, August 30.
The race for T52 (disability classification where athletes have good shoulder and upper body control) begins at around 4 p.m. (Manila time) at the Stade de France.
The 44-year-old racer recorded his personal best time in the 400-meter at 1 minute and 01.35 seconds at the World Championships in Kobe.
This is Mangliwan's third Paralympic appearance after competing in 2016 in Rio and 2020 in Tokyo.
