(UPDATES) AROUND 13,000 documents of the Supreme Court were leaked online by someone identified as "grep," Deep Web Konek, a cybersecurity organization, said on Wednesday.

"This leak has brought to light the vulnerability of government systems, particularly in handling and securing legal information," it said.
