THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday that the water in La Mesa Dam in Quezon City has reached spilling level due to torrential rains brought by the southwest monsoon.

Hydrometeorology specialist Edgar dela Cruz said that as of 8 a.m., the reservoir water level was at 80.20 meters or a deviation of 0.05 m from its normal high water level of 80.15 m.
