A former police official linked to the war on drugs of former president Rodrigo Duterte testified before a House inquiry on Wednesday, accusing two lawmakers of doing illegal acts in the drive against the drug menace.

In his testimony before the House quad committee — composed of the Committees on Dangerous Drugs, Public Order and Safety, Human Rights, and Public Accounts — LtCol. Jovie Espenido accused Sens. Ronald "Bato" de la Rosa and Bong Go of being involved in illegal maneuvers.
