THE Department of Energy (DoE) said Wednesday that eight of nine companies that expressed interest in bidding for several areas offered in both the 1st BARMM Conventional Energy Bid Round and the 2024 Philippine Bid Round have advanced to the next stage.
The bidders were composed of six international and three local firms.
