THE Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) and the National Electrification Administration (NEA) inked an agreement to strengthen the collective bargaining capacity of electric cooperative employees and management.

The partnership highlighting the critical importance of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) in regulating employment terms and settling differences in the workplace, was formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement signed by DoLE Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma and NEA Administrator Antonio Mariano Almeda on August 13, 2024 in Quezon City.
