MANILA, Philippines — Meralco got off to a hot start and sustained its solid form to roll past winless Terrafirma, 107-91 in the PBA Season 49 Governors' Cup on Wednesday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

The Bolts led by 12 at the close of the first quarter and managed to hold off the Dyip's mini uprisings in the middle periods on the way to improving to 2-1 and create a three-way logjam with TNT and Magnolia in the Group A standings.
